Sandhya

Revathi (born 26 September 1989), known by her stage name Sandhya (Tamil: சந்தியா), is an award-winning Indian film actress who acts primarily in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada language films. She made her debut as an actress in the 2004 Tamil film Kaadhal, for which her performance earned her a Filmfare Award and Tamil Nadu State Film Award.

Sandhya was born as Revathi in Kerala, but brought up in Chennai. Her father moved to Chennai when she was two years old. Her father is a bank employee, while her mother Maya is a beautician. Her brother Rahul finished studying in S. R. M. College, Chennai and is now pursuing his masters in the US.

Sandhya was an ordinary school girl when she starred in the critically acclaimed Tamil love story Kaadhal. Initially, this role was offered to actress Gopika, however, due to date problems, this role went on to Sandhya. She planned to do the Visual Communications course after her plus two. However, due to her rising fame, especially after the blockbuster film Dishyum, her second Tamil film, she had to discontinue her studies before even passing her 10th standard.
After Kaadhal, for which she won the Filmfare Best Tamil Actress Award of 2004, she took up a Malayalam film titled Alice in Wonderland which she played as the sister of actor Jayaram. Then came the musical romance Dishyum with Jeeva. She was also a part of Mani Ratnam's stage show, Netru, Indru, Naalai. In her third Tamil film, Vallavan, she had only a small role, and the film had only modest box office success. She also acted in Koodal Nagar with Bharath. She will be debuting in playback singing for her new Tamil film Manjal Veiyil.[1]
She was approached for the voice-over for Shriya Saran's character in Sivaji, however, S. Shankar later preferred actress Kanika Subramaniam's voice.











kamalinee mukherji

Kamalinee Mukherjee (born 4 March 1980), also known as Kamalini Mukherjee, is an Indian film actress. She has appeared in Telugu films as well as Tamil,Malayalam,Hindi and Kannada language movies.
After graduating with a degree in English literature, she completed a workshop on theatre in Mumbai because of her strong background in it. She made her acting debut in Phir Milenge (2004), a film that was based on the subject of AIDS. Though it went unnoticed, she gained recognition in the multiple-award winner, Anand (2004 film).
Mukherjee was born and brought up in Calcutta, India. While her father is a businessman, her mother is a garment designer.[1] She is the eldest of the three siblings in the family.[2] Owing to her "love for being on the stage"[2] since childhood, she acted in all sorts of amateur and professional stageplays while in school and college. Incidentally, she always portrayed masculine characters in these plays.[2] Besides theater, she developed a love for reading spiritual works, painting and writing poetry.[3] Just before she began her acting career in 2004, she had written three poems, each of these titled as Thoughts, Confusion and Solitude for poetry.com, a poetry-based website. One of these poems was selected for an International Poetry Contest, where along with one of the 150 people all over the world, she was invited to Washington, D.C. for a seminar that was presided over by Dalai Lama.[2] Besides writing poetry, she also underwent several years of training in Bharatanatyam, an Indian classical dance form.
After graduating with a degree in English literature from Loreto College in Kolkata, she took up a hotel management course in New Delhi, but left it midway. Thereafter, she took a course in theatre arts in Mumbai due to her good background in the field.[3] Thereafter, she performed in many theater plays and also modeled in advertisements for brands such as Neelkamal Furniture, Parachute, Fair & Lovely and Ayush.
